Europe

Today I am still in Europe. It is an interesting mind-set. It is easy to forget that one is w/o power...at the mercy of a faceless capricious government. It is the mind-set that our present gov't is attempting to foster. We must never let that happen, but I fear our children shall be so indoctrinated x the time they take command that they'll give it up w/o a thought...very disconcerting. Being powerless is very disconcerting - & too few even realize it. I'm sure some smooth talker & a little sophistry can make that sound ignorant, but the truth remains that "...all power ultimately comes from the barrel of a gun."
