I'm bewildered...

...as I'm no longer sure what is true & what is not. There are the ultra-leftists, battling the leftists & the centrists. There are the ultra-right(ists), battling the right & the centrists. There are so many sub-factions - all w/ their footnotes, et al. - that I'm lost. There is something for everyone "out there". Some of my friends - & believe it or not I see myself as a tree-huggin' liberal - have disowned me. On some of my "stands" on the issues I re-read what I've written & see myself as a right-wing wing-nut...yet, these times beg for comment. Is this merely an exercise in masturbation "...w/o the payoff"? - John Travolta, "Swordfish".
